📦 Return Eligibility

  • 🔴 Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
  • 🕒 You must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • 📸 Kindly provide relevant proof, such as photos or videos, to help us process your request faster.

🔄 How to Request a Return?

  1. 📧 Contact us at support@echowear.in with your order details and proof of damage.
  2. 📷 Attach photos/videos showing the defect.
  3. ✅ Once approved, we’ll initiate a refund or replacement within 7 business days.

💰 Refund Process

  • 🛡️ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • 🔄 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
  • 📢 No refund will be processed for unverified or incorrect claims.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Conditions

  • ❌ Products used, worn, or without original packaging cannot be returned.
  • ⚠️ Items damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.
